Features

●Work spindle
This is large type (φ80mm) spindle. Lubrication uses CPS type. Its dynamic balance, including around parts, is perfect.
(We guarantee that its precision circularity is 5μm by maker's standard test piece.)
●Wheel spindle
In 10,000min-1、20,000min-1、25,000min-1、35,000min-1、and 45,000min-1 all type spindle, we use ceramic bearing in their spindle. And lubrication uses CPS type. (Oil air is used in part.)
In both belt drive system and built-in motor system, high-power motor (5.5kW〜14kW) is adopted. So it is possible to act high power grinding.
●Slide
Both X-axis (up/down slide) and Z-axis (left/right slide) do dynamic pressure and static pressure sliding system.
All ball thread support bearings get CPS lubrication. In order that its structure and elaborate scraping process makes good condition. This machine becomes maintenance free for a long time.
●High speed transfer ROBO loader (Option)
Integrated ROBO loader device is the transferring system that is high coordination by same control unit with the machine, high speed and high reliability. In addition, all mechanical parts are our original design so, it is high rigidity. The loader’s maximum transfer weight is 9kg.
